Tell-A-Professional is a signature outreach and referral initiative of the Women of Color Empowerment Institute, Inc. (WOCEI) designed to ensure that women have trusted access to experienced professionals when they need guidance, resources, or support within 48 hours.

The program connects women with accomplished professionals across a broad range of fields—including law, medicine, mental health, finance, education, entrepreneurship, real estate, technology, human resources, nonprofit leadership, and government service. Whether someone is navigating a career transition, launching a business, seeking legal or financial direction or looking for guidance, Tell-A-Professional provides a pathway to knowledgeable professionals who are committed to helping other women succeed.

Participants can submit questions, request referrals or participate in virtual and in-person professional consultations.
