About the Conference

We are pleased to announce the Thirteenth Annual Women of Color Empowerment Conference to take place September 13th – September 15th, 2024 at the beautiful The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale.

 

Our theme this year is "Beyond Limits: A Foundation for High Performance." We will take a deep dive into what it takes to navigate challenges and breakthrough with purpose, power, and a winning attitude. From financial health to professional development and physical wellness, this conference will assist in creating a foundation for positivity and high performance.

On September 13th, there will be a beautiful evening networking reception at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale. September 14th is our featured programming day, which should not be missed. On September 15th, 2024, attendees will enjoy jazz and breakfast on Fort Lauderdale Beach.  Experience renowned speakers, thought-provoking presentations and networking with other leaders throughout the state and nation. Leaders will be present from a variety of professional sectors and industries, including law, government, business, technology, not-for-profit, medicine, academia and more.

In past years, the conference has drawn state and local leaders from all over the country and beyond.
