We encourage you to register online for the conference as soon as possible. The conference has sold out each year for the past thirteen years several weeks prior to the conference start date. In past years, the Women of Color Empowerment Institute, Inc., has invited ten (10) girls, under the age of 18, to meet with some of our special guests, be a part of the technology camp and assist at the conference. No other children are allowed.

If you registered but are unable to attend the conference weekend programming, you may transfer your registration to another individual by calling the contact number below. We will need written confirmation from you of the name of the person to whom the transfer should be made. Transfers will not be accommodated after September 7, 2025. We love our men! Of course, men who are representatives of sponsoring organizations are welcomed to attend all conference activities.

Registration includes admission to all conference events and activities.

The Sunday Sisterhood Breakfast will be held off-property at a nearby Private Beach Club. There will be limited coordinated transportation that will leave from the host hotel at 6:45 AM.

For attendees not staying at the host hotel, parking is limited for the beach club and carpooling/ridesharing is strongly encouraged. The off-site address will be provided to all registered attendees at the time of the Saturday conference registration.
