All conference activities will be held at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (map), providing a beautiful and inspiring setting for our 15th Annual Conference.

How soon should I register for the conference?

We strongly encourage early registration. The conference has sold out for the past fourteen consecutive years, often weeks in advance.

Can children under the age of 18 attend?

General attendance is limited to adults.

However, the Institute may invite a select group of young women under 18 to participate in a special, curated experience and assist during the conference.

May I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend the conference?

Yes, registrations are transferable. To request a transfer, please call (954) 900-3494 and provide written confirmation with the name of the new attendee.

Important: Transfers must be completed by September 8, 2026. Requests after this date cannot be accommodated.

Can men attend the conference?

Absolutely. We value the support of our allies.

Men representing sponsoring organizations are welcome to attend all conference activities.

What does the conference registration fee include?

Your registration includes access to all conference sessions, programming, and activities excluding the Saturday Evening Gala, which requires a separate ticket.
