Simone Arnold

•Simone Arnold is a vice president at Fiserv. Based in Coral Springs, Florida and with 26.5 years of Financial Services and Technology experience, Simone leverages continuous process improvement methodologies to eradicate defects, accelerate speed of product delivery for customers and provides best-in class products and services.

•She is known as a people, product, program and relationship builder.

​

•Simone champions the lions share of 24.7B transactions, $55.8T dollars in her role as the Merchant Acquiring product leader for the National Automated Clearing House Association (Nacha) with intense focus in compliance, implementation, monitoring, annual audits, risk assessments, performance measurement and institutional effectiveness.

•Simone embraces her passion to serve while living a life in motion. She is a consulting leader for her local chapter of Fiserv’s Women Impact Network and proudly serves as a mentor and sponsor to members of SOAR formerly known as the Black Leadership Group where her goal is to empower and inspire others to press forward and be vessels for change. 

​

•Simone is a member of the National Women of Color Empowerment Institute, where she has served as a moderator and panelist. Simone is a member of WNet and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Simone received a BA in Communication from Florida Atlantic University; an MBA from Nova Southeastern University; and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.

•Together with her spouse, David, they reside in Florida and raise their three children: Ayanna-Mone’, Naiya Olivia and Ayden Antonio. The family adores their eight year-old Shih Tzu, Luna Sky Arnold.
